SimpL OS provides the technology used to store and process information on behalf of instructors so that lessons, learner records, communications and related services can be delivered efficiently.

In most cases:

• Your instructor is responsible for deciding what learner information is collected and how it is used for driving tuition.
• SimpL OS stores, processes and protects that information to provide the platform's services.
• Both your instructor and authorised SimpL OS administrators may access information where necessary to provide, support, secure and improve the service.

Personal information will not be sold.
